Chad was born and raised in Calgary, though his youth and adult years often found him away from his hometown; exploring Central America, Eastern Africa, and the Canadian Wild by foot and two wheels.
Chad’s love for the outdoors and learning through experience led him into the field of education, wanting to share that passion with children and youth. This journey found him back in Calgary and in a variety of educational situations with a wide array of age groups; Jr. High Schools, Summer Camps, Out of School Programs, and Daycares. Eventually Chad went back to school and completed the Early Childhood Education program at Lethbridge College. He joined the Two Wheel View team in early 2022, facilitating Earn A Bike programs and co-facilitating the GAP program. If not in the classroom or the shop at Two Wheel View, Chad can usually be found outdoors with his partner Jolene and son Cadence; biking, camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors.
Chad is always on the hunt for his next adventure, and is stoked to be working towards giving a new generation of youth the freedom to find theirs.
